in a dilemma...

After all the sickening accounting thingy last week I felt a bit relaxed this afternoon since our COO is out of town..see? I even have time to blog hahaha! His presence just made me feel so uneasy 'coz I'm so worried he might have this demands wherein I'm still a complete blind about all those things. I'm not sure but I think he expects a lot from me.. maybe he thought that what SirJohnson knows, knows by me as well..uurrgghh!! Hallerr?? I'm not even a month old here in this company!! This Cost Analysis thing is such a big pain in my ass..and literally a big pain in my head! I just couldn't figure out why some figures don't bother to balance???? It's so hard to scrutinize all these things since I don't even have the records of their invoices and worst the records in their system is not updated... urrggh! can I just faint?!

I was in my room when I suddenly realized that my dad isn't home as I glanced their room with bright lights still. I then asked my mom to get her sleep and then I'll wait for dad. As I turned on our PC and, not for a long minutes I heard the sound of our car. Then dad came in with..charan!!!

I really could not delve into the actuations of a giant network such as ABS-CBN. They (the management and personnel) always feel that they are the ones being cheated by a rival network, GMA. As I see it, I really appreciate the intention of GMA Network to deliver a new system to present their topic/newscast or whatever it is to the viewing public by using any means to deliver a timely high technology in this computer age to the viewers to comprehend issues and appreciate its presentations.

Why criticize it?

If they don't want to copy ~~again~~ this Hologram thing presentation by GMA ahead of them, ABS-CBN should've look for any other technology.. another option to surpass their rival network, which I see it as their malicious intention eversince. May it be a virtual presentation or hologram effect, the important thing is that it is a new technology presented by GMA on Philippine TV.

Sakura Festival... here i don't come again

ok another year has passed... another Golden Week has passed but I seem not really having any single chance to experience "Sakura everywhere". The Japan's Golden Week festival has just ended last May 5 and I only realized just this afternoon the existence of this Japanese big celebration now that I am no longer get in connection with the FCC... I quite missing working with them. For three years, I am so informed of this festival just a week before the celebration due to work issues and when receiving their notice, I am having this picture in my mind...

How I wish I am in this place... how I wish I would be able to celebrate myself the Golden Week in Japan. I don't care about the trauma of mass travel and pressures in accommodation, I just want to experience myself being there

Dengue Fever

I was on my 5th grade when this disease inflicted my body. One day, I just woke up feeling having a fever. I felt headache and stomachache, too. I ran to my mom’s room and told her that I’m not feeling well. And so, I got my doze of sermon from mom coz she thought that I’m again having tonsillitis due to eating too much sweets and cold drinks. I take for granted and didn’t mind my fever - coz I’m really used to have a fever always.. I’m such a sickly girl then, and even now. It was such a very weird condition ‘coz my body temperature varies each day. Two days we thought that my fever would end as my temperature is getting low, but then few more hours later it will suddenly rise. My mom is quite surprised with what’s goin’ on.. she’s getting inquisitive in me with what I did the past few days or did something bad happen to me that has turned me in that condition. I just said as a young girl - i don’t know? i don’t remember? My mom is still observing my condition, if it goes still the same the whole day, she will bring me to the doctor at once. And so, the next day I still have my fever. We rushed into the clinic and then, our family doctor - Dra. Mansilla waste no time then send us to laboratory give me blood tests. She's actually suspecting that its either I have a Typhoid or Dengue Fever, and so after the tests, it’s positive from Dengue. I never realized how serious my condition was. I was hospitalized more than a week. It was a very terrible experience for me, and for my family as well. You are not just physically drained, but financially as well..oh most of all..emotionally!!! I heard from my aunts that my mom has been crying a lot then ‘coz I reached the state of having hallucinations. They thought was going to die, considering that I am in stage three - that’s the worst condition in Dengue cases. I experienced having 2 dextrose at a time, placing tube in my nose, performing blood tests in me every hour, and needing blood donor. I am a type “O” blood..it's not a rare type, but believe me, my family had a hard time looking for the right donors..yes! DONORS! we needed three donors standing by at the hospital any moment the virus in my body is attacking. My mom could not be a donor ‘coz she’s just got birth from my youngest brother weeks ago. My elder brother and sister could not too maybe because they are still young, my aunts and uncle who are of same blood type could not be too for some complex reasons. I don’t know if its true that because I needed many donors, they actually went to the jail just to get the right donor for me..hahahaha!!! My dad, who is assigned in a very distant area from our city is impatiently and very eager to go home. Terrible things are running thru his mind. He can’t help himself but imagine things like there’s already a burial in our house.. His superior is actually did not want to allow him to go back home since he just got arrived from paternity leave. But the eagerness of my dad to go home is really firm..that nobody could stop him. Luckily, I survived this nightmare. When my dad arrived I was quite fine that time, my mom said it’s good that he was not able to witness all my worst conditions because my dad will be the first one to freak out and will overreact with the things that might also affect his health. Now, I can joke about my experience then - I can even dare to say I’m still alive..“masamang damo, matagal mamatay” hahahaha!

I'm still in a daze... few weeks ago, my previous employer sent a communication to me if I'm willing to go back to the company. I had a not so good exit when I left the company since I really felt bad against my bosses. I know it's sounds corny but I just couldn't help it but feel disregarded, they didn't even value all my efforts for the company, not only me but for the three other remaining staff.

I finally decided to quit my job last January because I realized that there's no hope for GSD/01 to change. It's no use to wait for the uprising again of the company since he's too lax and selfish.

Now it is said that company will now be run and managed by another company.. actually, iverything is still vague in me.. and that's the reason why still I can't decide. I love my job there and somehow I mastered everything so I'm hoping that everything will turn out good for all of us involved.

it’s 4:47 in the morning now and in a few minutes… am going to bed. Yes, this is my sleeping time as I am sooo insomniac. Whew! it’s so hard in this situation ‘coz no matter how hard you try to fall asleep as early as 9pm or upto 11pm you can’t seem to do it. Good thing for me that I’m one of a heck jobless these days so I don’t need to trouble myself in early call time.

I can now hear the birds chirping... are they singing? is this like their call time? hehe.. I often hear the birds chirping when the clock is about to hit 5am than that sound of a rooster..but I liked it rather. Now I’m wondering... 10... 20 years from now?? can I still hear them chirping in the early morning?

….maybe in a slip of time they’ll just suddenly vanquished because of too much modernization?

…. or is it me?

I'm planning to finally apply for a job in a call center by tomorrow. I've been searching the net as to what maybe the best answer to this very common point of issue during job interviews - " tell me about yourself"... uurrgghh!! It seems to be an easy question given to you but I don't know why I hardly answer this thing.

Okay.. when you answer this interview question, you can't tell your interviewer about you and your thing since the time of your birth. Yes, you have to tell about yourself in a way giving him/her the idea why you're the best candidate for this position such as your skills, experiences, and your background. Just tell those things that makes you the best, ok? Now I realized that being honest all the time is not also good, and appreciate the so-called words "white lies" hahaha! Of course you cant tell them what your real weaknesses are! Just like when one of my weaknesses is hardly getting up in bed early in the morning... what do you think would they judge you if your having that kind of habit?? of course they can't get you in because you have all the tendencies of going to work late, right?

Hhhmm.. these are just few things that are so common in applying for a normal company... ooppss! I mean - company like offering services, buying & selling goods and whatever... 'coz what I have in my mind right now, a call center company is quite different from the usual companies I've worked with...like I still need to get familiar with stuff like BPO, offshore and nearshore outsourcing etc. etc.

I don’t know why I would always love to go to Japan. When was a kid, my dream places were America, Spain, Switzerland, etc, etc. But during my college days, I’ve always wanted to go these places.. Japan, New Zealand, and S. Korea (Jeju Island). Anyways, I really admire how Japanese made their country such a great country considering from their history – the bombing in Hiroshima. Well, it has greatly affect their lives, they really had their worst times, but now…you can really see the good transformation of Japan. They are actually, one of the best when it comes to technology, Japan made gadgets could not get behind from those of American and European gadgets. I just hope one day that I would be able to go there, and hopefully marry my ultimate crush Mr. Hideo! Bwahaha!! Anyway, once everything are all prepared and I’m on my way to the country of my Sweetie ... I already do have my list of activities…duh! First thing’s first, I will go on night shopping in street bargains..well my friend Harlie said it’s really a lot more cheaper than those in the malls, and then I will really ride in the Bullet Train; then the roller coaster ride that Harlie told me also.. then the amazingly beautiful hot springs there; and of course the climb for Mt. Fuji! Wow!!! I bet Jo Anna would really die to go with me hahaha. Anyways, this post is almost done, so i hope that anyone could read this and would be kind enough to help to visit Japan that would be great, man! I’m dying to meet you! Hehehe =)

OMG! As in oh my god! and oh my goodness! and oh-my-gosh!!!! for the first time in the history of bananas, I received an email from PapaIan containing these words - "Dear Bubbles" Grabeeh!! As in super mega kiligin muna ako huh!?!?

Uhm excuse me first, dear reader of my blog, just please allow me to be in my normal foolishness state-being when it comes to my PapaIan could you just imagine?? for more then a year and a half of exchanging emails, this is the firt time he used "Dear" in his greeting... it's like he's calling me "Hi there, Dear"... waahahaahaha..yaickss.. anong kabaduyan ba ung nasingit ko! *lol*

... but then, so what's the email containing about? Oh but of course..his normal stuff - further questioning & discontentment s with the figures reflected in the report. Hahayy what a perfectionist he is! and that's the reality! So I'll go back now to reality and take care of my stuff... at magtutuos na naman kami ni PapaIan! it's so, so frustrating talaga... nakakainis!! as in ggrrr!! it's so hard to get PR here in blogspot, I manage to generate PR 1 twice. First was last year, too bad i lost it, then I manage to regain it three months ago, but not until today... huhuhu... nakakainis tlaga!! i lost it again! I don't know how or whom am i going to feel mad - is it to myself or my job. I know it's so OA to reason out "being very busy" but it is really true. I'm literally freakin' darn busy! And i hate it being busy always at the office 'coz seeing that some of my useless officemates who does nothing but being sloppy all the time are just playing games and sound tripping at the back. haiiissshh!!!
Whew! sometimes I just can't wait to get out from here!!.... but I still love the maritime life, and i will surely miss my tiring, demanding, vexing, stressful but enjoying moments here :(

If there’s something wrong with the outcome of your report or just simply your paperworks in general, you felt so incessantly embarrassed to your boss to the point that if you could only beg the ground to eat the entire you just to escape from this fuss… not to mention the massive guilt that kills you as if there’s a voice in your mind that keeps on bawling you out: why you sooo stupid!!!??!!

I felt so d*mn angry with myself whenever I’m caught up in situation like this. I feel so weak like I will have an infinite misery (hahayyy). Of course you cannot avoid if you feel depress and disappointed in yourself ‘coz who else are to blame in your stupidity.. your rashness..and your recklessness???

But anyways, do you know that it’s even more twice infuriatingly if the liability and BLAME is on you when you are actually not at fault. I had errors then due to my stupid negligence but majority was because of inaccurate datas and flaws from our informants.
But the thing now…it’s a lot different. Well of course my place of being at fault is so consistent. I received an email yesterday from Ts*m0** asking me about the previous report (It was still from last month actually – the week 33 in particular). She’s questioning me about this and that, and that there something wrong..simple as that! As I went over our files it is indeed erroneous. There were slip-ups in the entries and miscalculations on the figures as well. Of course I held liable for this concern because I am in-charge in this particular task in the company.. but this particular report…. I DID NOT DO IT!!! (i did not do it, ok?!?! I was lying at the hospital then, conquering the “stitch of my life“)… but ironically when this was sent a month ago to the “superiors/principals” through an e-mail containing message that was sent by me… (hahahaha can I just kill you?!) I really over-reacted last month about this.. why put my name when you have your own name?? I mean, you prepared for that report.. you did it all well… but… but why do these people are so afraid and timid to put their name for just a stupid email message?!?!?!?! It just shows that they’re just too cowardly to accept undertakings and hold for responsibilities. SO PATHETIC!! For two years in the company, they never mature! I guess this is one of the reasons why the company is in adversity. The company still struggles because the staff never struggle. Of course, I will not excuse myself from my own shortcomings, I’m not perfect and I have lapses but nonetheless, I know that I have exert enough effort and did my part for this company!

BORAT! This is probably the trademark of this man to the world.

I was laughing at my sister and told her, what the heck is up to her when one day going home bringing with her is a DVD of Borat. I thought it was one of the few corny films she had been introducing to me, but it’s not! You can’t blame me you know.. ‘coz just by reading at the title alone that has captioned there “documentary”, only the dull side came into my mind.

Cohen’s acting is really impressive and funny indeed in that film, even in the accent alone hahaha! I mean no offense with the Kazakhis but it really does made me laugh. I also adore his great courage too as an actor, could you imagine, having a scene fighting with this very, very fat man having your face in front of his butt…and not to mention that they are both naked.. yes! oh yes!! even a single piece of underwear is none… and there were also scenes that they running after each other while fighting..while being naked… OMG! Anyway, in some parts of the world like in the States or in Europe, naked thing ain’t no big deal at all, but here in Asia.. hey it’s still an issue, you know…

I’m pretty sure that Sacha Baron Cohen or the name BORAT had a great impact in the world, especially in his own country. He just made a move to show to the people that no matter who you are, even if you belong to the third world country, but as long as you have the spirit and optimism to go on, you could really do it and succeed! The world now is getting smaller as time goes by, and tribal is no longer a big debate.

CUCUMBER for my eyes

The most problem in my eye are my eye bags… I’m not really sure but I think the more appropriate term that I should use are dark circle around my eyes (lolz). I don’t think I would still be able to take off this thing right in my face. I always heard and often read on books, magazine, and even on the internet that cucumbers can be of help. A cucumber cold compress can be a remedy for my puffy eyes.. according to some infos it takes off eye bags and dark circles around the eyes…

I knew it! I knew it!

It was already 5 weeks (more or less) since I haven’t received any questions nor complains from an erroneous report from Ian. Even with this, I called "positive/successful accomplishment in my job", I still don’t feel relaxed. His silence makes me uncomfortable.. that from any moment I will be collecting a number of complains from him. I just have these thoughts that I would never be able to do my reports without any flaws. I just get used to have errors. I even bookmark the sites on how to do an apology letter.

Then again.. deep inside of me.. I felt happy and contented that I’m learning to do my new task here in my company…. Imagine from accounting department to Admin/Documentation Department. I felt a piece fulfillment if I made a perfect report considering that I’m a complete ignorant in shipping industry.

So the moment of truth is today. He has complains in weeks 26, 27, 28…. uurrgggghhhh!! Not just one or two but three errors. Well, as I went over to my files and verify things up, good thing that weeks 26 & 27 are just perfectly fine. But week 28 is a complete mess! My boss told me that of all the shippers, we cannot afford to do any lapse to most importantly to s*m!*ru because they are our principal, and of course that they have all the datas and figures in their own company to see if our submitted report is inaccurate. So in week 28, one particular shipment to Japan, just right at s*m!*ru’s consignment, and worst of all we are the agent in this particular vessel… Ian said “we did not load 99,000” I have my entry there as 99,125, figures supplied from our operations department. I told letlet.. no I even warn her to be not just sure of this figures but be very, very sure… it should not be an estimation but the precise total numbers loaded. She said yes! She’s definitely sure so then I have her my word. But she just let me down :( I’m very disappointed. I’m not mad at her, (maybe because I was angry to her for a month) I’m just very upset because she didn’t take my words seriously. (actually she’s not the only one but there are also few personnel in our office are just like her, even worse! very lax.. inefficient, useless, stupid jerks!) Submitting my revisions comprises the responsibility of being at fault. If I can only cry out… and shout out to Ian and the rest of the executives in Japan that 80% of my erroneous reports weren’t from my own negligence…It’s from the informants who gave me the datas!! My job is to make an entry of the figures - segregate containerized volumes; bananas from pineapples; and as to where is the destination.. then sum it all up, do the graphing, then that’s it! If they gave the wrong data/figures then the whole thing will be a mess. But that’s life! We cannot deny the fact that will came across problems and trouble like this. I just have to understand that I’m going to admit the accountabilities in some certain issues in my job :(

Go japan na unta ko ug Smashville sa dihang samot ko ug kakapuy kay sakit na kaau akong likod as in super sobrang sakit ‘coz its been like a month na siguro na wala ko’y massage-massage. Sa totoo lng nasa jeep na ako’t lahat-lahat di pa rin ako nakapagdecide kung saan ako magpa-massage. Gusto ko sa Touch N Heal or sa Body Bliss… Sa Touch N Heal I have a discount kse, it’s my 3rd visit na kse so parang 20% discount ata yun??? Sa Body Bliss naman mura hehehe.. imagine ung 350.00 na one hour lng sa iba 2 hours na un sa kanila tsaka infairness to Body Bliss kahit mura ung charges nila hindi cheap ung place noh atsaka ung services maganda. Sa sobrang addiction ko sa masahe parang nalibot ko na yata lahat ng massage spa dito sa Davao – Body Excellence, Asian Massage, Hair Zone Salon & Spa, Spa 101, Body Bliss, Touch N Heal, Firm Therapeutic Massage Spa, Oriental Touch… at eto ngayon na-try na gyud nko sa ZiYah Shiatsu. Noon ko pa gusto talaga i-try ditto kaso lang iniisip ko baka sobrang mahal at isa pa mega-traffic bya na dinha, super ulaw kau munaog na tig-jeep lng bya gyud akong beauty hhahahaha makit-an gyud ng mga people in all over sasakyans na nastock-up sa traffic ang pagpasok ko sa Spa hihihihi… pero syempre kahapon medyo sa malayo ako bumaba charing pero ganun pa rin hehehehe… Basta maganda ang place, maganda ang services, at higit sa lahat masarap ang hilot doon :D

oh my gosh!! I’m so late again today! I can’t help myself talaga…i’m really having a hard time getting myself up in bed. What can i do???? anybody could help me??? i can’t fight my insomnia kaya naman nahihirapan din ako makagising ng maaga. Sa totoo lng antukin tlaga ako - really love to sleep, actually pwede sakin na wag mo akong pakainin but just don’t deprive me from having lots of sleep… d ba obvious sa katawan ko noh?!?! halleerrr?!?!

Why are there lots of insensitive, irrational, and soooooo idiotic fools emerging these days? I just can’t absorb their inane thinking of being such a thick-skinned and careless staff of this company!!! Hindi ko alam kung ano’ng gusto nila’ng ipahiwatig.. ano ba’ng gusto nila’ng mangyari... Or just for a simple reason na gusto lang magpapansin?!

Ang gusto ko lng mangyari.. kahit konting considerasyon man lang! At respeto sa mga kasamahan nyo dito sa trabaho... .. o cge kahit wag nyo na ako’ng respetuhin! Kahit yung kompanya na lang natin. Is it righteous to talk INSIDE the office about your affairs in circle of friends, gimmicks the other night, and all those stuff you concerned about, etc, etc, etc… blah..blah.. blah!!! WHATEVER is that, the company couldn’t get profit any single cent with all those absurd things you are talking out loud and with matching laughs pa ! And take note, not just laughs… LOUD LAUGHS!!!!

This afternoon at office I knew that I acted inappropriate. I really bash-off my drawer..and yes it is very unbecoming. Ok, sabihin nyo na masyado akong “akala mo kung sino sa office” (akala nyo hindi ko alam na super levakers ko ninyo ana???!! Huh! I’m not stupid as you!) Pero hindi nyo ba naisip na mas sobrang nakakabwisit na kayo???!! Kung hindi ko pa binagsak ng pagkalakas-lakas ung drawer ko, titigil kaya kayo sa kakadakdak nyo jan? Try to put yourself in my shoe… kayo kaya gumawa nung reports? Kayo kaya maka-feel nung pressure tsaka liability everytime there’s fuck’n wrong in those reports? Dili lalum mag-ihap ug pinya ug saging na ginapadala ng tibook shippers sa Davao sa apat na sulok ng mundo, ok!??!?!?!?!?!?!????? Palit na lang kaya tayo ng trabaho? Kahit ung simpleng communication na lang kaya sa barko at sa mga dakong tae sa Japan? Ano? Huh! You wouldn’t even dare to! I’m sure kahit ung simple submission lng ng PD/A aatrasan mo! Anyway, I’m sure that GSD will NEVER trust you to do that… simpleng encoding lang nga hindi mo magawa ng mag-isa! And you’ve got the guts to flaunt that you’re a product of Ateneo? Huh! You’re giving the university a disgrace!

IMPERFECTIONS part II

Being IMPERPEFCT at some instances is just fine... we are not like God, we’re just human who has the ability to do great job, impressive performance and can have mistakes and failures as well, so don’t act like a hero nor a super, super perfect in all of your concern because you are obviously a stupid looser! I really don’t know if you are really giving so much effort just to maintain being in the spotlight, aren’t you? If so, then so be it! I don’t give a damn just to have a reputation of being an ideal citizen and a very nice fella ‘coz I honestly AM NOT that kind of living!!! When I’m angry, I can’t help myself but express my anger, I know this isn’t good as a professional that’s why I’m trying my best to hold back even the smallest grip I can have. If I make mistakes then I’m trying to reflect on it so the next time I encounter same situation of problem or even work assignments I can handle it pretty well. If you think that you committed mistakes, or guilty of your own shortcomings, or even just catching yourself in a tricky or tough situation (kung sa chessboard game pa..na-MATE ka na) just because of your own ‘limited knowledge’ most especially your cowardliness, then be man enough to face your own problem and trouble you have caused. You know..we have our own ill-fated days wherein bad luck seem to embrace us all the time and everything we do is not just perfectly right so can’t you just accept that thing? The problem with other people is being afraid to do mistakes or being blamed... tendency is just pass it on to others a certain matter just to save their asses. There were even some instances to just pass a certain concern about the company to somebody else just to be free from future predicaments.. Oh come on!! Don’t you know anything else but to PLAY SAFE?!?! Maybe you’re just very used to be so PERFECT and you cannot afford to loose that reputation now... IF THEY ONLY KNEW THE REAL YOU!!! You really are such a wicked thing! You’re such a user! You are an epitome of a witch hiding behind a pure personality. Aren’t you afraid karma? You better be should ‘coz don’t you know that they are slowly popping out now? Yes what is happening to you now are your KARMAS!

It’s okay to be IMPERFECT! After all were not God... we’re just human being who’s very prone to temptations and most especially mistakes! So don’t play like a hero, acting to be sooooo ideal... pure and faultless. You’re as if thinking like you know everything, when you actually don’t! When in fact, everything you do is just trying to be like somebody else... emulating and just following those commendable and hippy things you saw from other people! You’re such a copycat! You don’t have your own personality!

People like you are so disgusting – very pretentious! Hhhmmm are you so task full?? Duh! I don’t think so! Like anyone else here! I know you.. I have known the REAL YOU long, long ago! That you are one obscure con artist, and so I beseech for the day that things will get back on you.. that they will finally discover your true color. I’m so curious to death how you’d deal with it!

I’m so sick of you, so you have to watch out ‘coz I can’t tolerate your talents anymore, and I ain’t gonna let old things go on forever... No! I must not warn you.. it must be me to be extra careful ‘coz you’re a SILENT KILLER!

meteor shower and Mars in the sky

I got off from the office very early - 1730 hours with a terrible headache. As soon as I reached home, rushed into my room and stroke my bed right away.. When dad arrived home, he just asked me if i already took a medicine and had my dinner.. I said "yes".. Then sleep again... I woke up around 11 pm.. and then had my dinner 'coz thank God my headache was beaten by two capsules of Alaxan FR hahaha... Am nowI facing my PC to check mails. I received some "words of speech" from dad 'coz this is the reason why i didn't get enought sleep. Sorry dad, i just can't let the time pass by without updating my blogs hehehe.. Checking out on Yahoo! i saw on their main page that we can see Mars more feasible in the skies tonight. Then i remember that it was on the morning news that we can see a lot of metero showers tonight. I went out to see the skies. As soon as take my head up i already saw the orange, tiny circle thing at the sky. Its not twinkling so i thought this is it! This is the Mars, no doubt about it. Too bad the meteor rain wasn't a "showering thing" at all. I wanted to see that numerous falling stars in the sky.. but anyways, i still saw some falling stars, yun nga lang tatlo lang at interval time... but i was contented with that, and i've made my wish :)
